Children are born predisposed to be creative. How can educators nurture children’s creativity and allow it to flourish and find expression?

Creativity, is a part of every child. As educators we must allow children to not only be creative but express their creativity in their own unique way. A way in which we can nurture creativity is by showing enthusiasm and encouragement in Children's work/ creations. A way in which we as Educators can allow children's creativity to flourish is by noticing the interest of the child and allowing them to participate in activities that will hopefully further not only their interest but their creativity. By doing this, Children will feel comfortable to be able to express their creativity in their own way.

By providing children with long sessions of play that is uninterrupted. This gives the children lots of opportunity to be creative. Educators can take time to set up a variety of learning spaces to cater for a wide range of interests. I also agree with Brittany that educators need to show enthusiasm and encouragement.
